Troubleshooting

• Bots join but stay silent: check channel-level Connect and Speak permissions on the exact voice channels; channel overrides beat category settings.
• Slash commands missing: the bot must be authorized with the applications.commands scope. The invite flow includes it; re-run the invite if in doubt.
• Timers feel off: use /match sync or the dashboard sync buttons; the barrier anchor is the most accurate.
• The bot left my server: guilds that are not on the allowlist are left automatically. Get the guild approved first (signup or bot owner), then invite.
• Panel asks me to sign in again: sessions are server-side and expire; signing back in takes one click via Discord OAuth.
• Anything else: open a ticket from Support or /ticket with what happened and what you tried.
