Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GvGPilot and the Premium you buy for it.

The Service

GvGPilot is a Discord bot for guild event planning and ticket support. We provide software tools that automate rosters, signups and support workflows in your Discord server.

Payments and Access

Premium comes in three forms. Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. Founder is a single payment and never renews. Earlier one-time packages keep their term, are never charged again, and end on their end date. Stripe, through Link, is the seller of record. Its checkout takes the payment and handles tax, receipts and payment support. Your card statement reads LINK.COM*. Cancel a subscription, and change your card, on Link.

Premium is tied to the buyer's Discord account and is active in one guild at a time. To put it on a guild, the buyer runs /activate there, with manage rights on that guild. Running it in another guild moves it, with no limit. The previous activation is invalidated, so exactly one guild carries the licence at a time. You cannot hand the licence to another person's guild and keep yours running: the old guild always goes inactive on a move. A gift or promotion is held on the recipient's account and placed with /activate in the same way.

If a renewal payment fails, Premium ends at 00:01 UTC after the period you paid for, and it comes back when the payment goes through. Stripe retries a failed payment for up to a week.

Refunds

Within 7 days of your first payment, including day 7, you can refund your purchase yourself in Discord. Run /support with action: refund and the refund reference that /license shows for your purchase in reference, with no questions asked. A short note on what did not work is welcome but optional. The refund cancels your Premium and the subscription, so you are not charged again. Later renewal payments are not covered by the self-serve command: open a ticket and we, or Stripe, will handle it. Acceptable Use

You may not use GvGPilot for any illegal activity. We prohibit abusing ticket systems or roster tools to harass others or disrupt services. We reserve the right to terminate access for any guild or user found in violation of these rules.

Availability

We aim for high availability and provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from Discord API outages or guild configuration errors.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts at the operator's seat.

Changes

We may update these terms and post the changes on our website. Continued use of the bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
