Every package unlocks the same Premium tier - only the term differs. Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel. Founder is a single payment. The free tier stays free either way.

Questions
How long does setup take?
Most guilds are ready in about five minutes. Add both bots - the Primary bot speaks in attack, the Secondary in defense - then choose those voice channels in the dashboard and save your settings.
Does it work with my game?
Yes. Rosters, polls, events and tickets work across games. Set a callout schedule for your guild, then customize its voice lines with Premium.
Why two bots?
The Primary bot handles the primary channel and the Secondary bot handles the secondary. Both can speak at once during a match.
What permissions do the bots need?
The bots need View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History, Connect, Speak and Manage Events on your primary and secondary voice channels, plus Application Commands. No Administrator permission. Read Message History is what updates the live roster embeds; Connect and Speak are for the voice channels.
How do payments work?
Anyone signed in can buy a package without guild permissions. Payment ties Premium to your Discord account, but does not activate a guild. Run /activate in a guild where you have manage rights to put it there, and run it in another guild to move it.
How do I request a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase, including day 7, run /support with action: refund. Put the refund reference that /license shows for your purchase in the reference option. Add optional feedback if you want. The refund is self-serve and queued on the spot; Stripe returns the money in a few business days. Refunding cancels your Premium and removes access from its active guild.
What match history is included?
Free includes the last 5 matches. Premium includes full match history and CSV export.
