Privacy Notice
GvGPilot is a Discord guild-operations service. This notice explains what is stored, for how long, and the rights you have over it.
Data We Collect
When you log in via Discord OAuth, we store your Discord user ID and username. To manage the bot, we store guild IDs and your specific guild settings.
Tickets and Events
We store the content of support tickets, event details, and roster data entered by your guild. We record IP addresses for ticket submissions solely to enforce spam protection.
Technical Logs
We maintain session records for up to 30 days to manage your dashboard access. System logs are short-lived (about 90 days for outcome/event records) and used for debugging.
Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. We never see or store your card details; all payment data is handled by the processor.
Data Retention
Event and roster data are kept as long as the guild uses the service. Tickets are retained for 30 days after they are closed, then anonymized (the audit record stays without personal data). Revoked or expired login sessions are purged within 30 days.

Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask for its deletion by opening a ticket in Discord (or contacting us via the ticket system while logged in on the panel). We honor these requests within 30 days.

GvGPilot is not intended for users under the age of 16.
