Getting started
Authorize two bots and save your guild settings. Most guilds are ready in about five minutes.
1. Add the bots
Click Add GvGPilot and authorize both bots. The bots need View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History, Connect, Speak and Manage Events on your primary and secondary voice channels, plus Application Commands. No Administrator permission.
2. Configure your guild
Log in to the dashboard with Discord (you need Manage Server or the configured admin role). The settings page auto-detects your voice channels and roles - review and save once. Two things matter:

Running a match
- Manual: press Start match on the dashboard or
/match startin Discord. Both bots join voice and start the callout schedule. - Sync: when the game timer hits 0:00, click Sync @ 0:00 - or at the barrier drop, click Sync @ Barrier. Every callout re-anchors instantly.
- Stop match ends the schedule and both bots leave voice.
League autopilot
Enable league autopilot in guild settings. The bots join one minute early and start the match clock at the scheduled time.
Rosters
Create rosters from a template or custom slots, then post them to Discord. Members sign up with buttons; officers fill slots on the web, duplicate a roster, or restore a past one. Use /poll to ask which time slots members can attend.

Troubleshooting
- Bots join but no audio: check they can Connect+Speak on the exact channels (channel-level overrides beat category settings).
- Slash commands missing: the invite link must include the
applications.commandsscope (ours does). - Timers slightly off: use the sync buttons - the barrier anchor is the most reliable.
Premium
Anyone signed in can buy a package without guild permissions. Payment ties Premium to the buyer's Discord account, not to a guild. Run /activate in a guild where you have manage rights to put it there, and run it in another guild to move it, without a limit. Premium can be active in one guild at a time.
