Getting started
Two bots to authorize, one settings page to save. Most guilds are running callouts within five minutes.
1. Add the bots
Click Add to your server and authorize both bots (attack + defense). They need View Channels, Connect and Speak in your GvG voice channels, plus Application Commands. No admin permission.
2. Configure your guild
Log in to the dashboard with Discord (you need Manage Server or the configured admin role). The settings page auto-detects your voice channels and roles - review and save once. Two things matter:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Attack / Defense channel | Where each bot joins and speaks |
| Shot-caller / Admin roles | Who may start/stop matches and edit settings |
Running a match
- Manual: press Start match on the dashboard or
/match startin Discord. Both bots join voice; the callout schedule begins at T=0. - Sync: when the game timer hits 0:00, click Sync @ 0:00 - or at the barrier drop, click Sync @ Barrier. Every callout re-anchors instantly.
- Stop match ends the schedule and both bots leave voice.
League autopilot
Pre-matched league games pop at a fixed time (e.g. 20:29 CET on Sat/Sun). Enable it in the guild settings: the bot joins 1 minute early and anchors T=0 at pop time automatically. The clock uses CET/CEST and matches your local time - check the server clock in the dashboard header.
Rosters
Create rosters from the Rosters page: pick a template or build custom slots (role + class per slot). Announce it to a Discord channel - members sign up with buttons, and the embed updates live. From the web you can drag members onto slots or double-click a name to auto-fill.
Slash commands
| Command | Who | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| /match start|stop|sync | shot-caller+ | Control the live match |
| /track restart|stop | shot-caller+ | Restart or stop the current match |
| /verify code | admin+ | Redeem a premium code for this guild |
| /join | shot-caller+ | Join the configured voice channels now |
Troubleshooting
- Bots join but no audio: check they can Connect+Speak on the exact channels (channel-level overrides beat category settings).
- Slash commands missing: the invite link must include the
applications.commandsscope (ours does). - Timers slightly off: use the sync buttons - the barrier anchor is the most reliable.
Premium
Buy a package on the pricing page, get a code at checkout, run /verify code in your server. The guild where you redeem it is activated for the purchased period. One code = one guild at a time - redeeming in a new guild moves the entitlement there.
