How GvGPilot billing works: one-time activation codes, no subscriptions, and a 7-day refund window.

How do payments work?

GvGPilot uses one-time activation codes. There are no monthly subscriptions and no auto-renewals. You pay once for a specific period of access. Current packages and prices: Premium.

Where is the premium access applied?

Activation codes are bound to one active guild at a time. Redeeming a code on a different server you administer MOVES the license there: the code is accepted again and the previous activation is invalidated, so exactly one server carries the license. Gifting a code to someone else's guild works the same way; your own activation goes inactive as soon as the new holder redeems.

Can I get a refund?

Yes - within 7 days of purchase: DM the bot, no questions asked. Feedback is welcome but optional. After 7 days, activations are non-refundable.

What about taxes?

All applicable taxes, including VAT, are calculated and shown clearly at checkout through our payment processor.

Will I be charged again?

No. We do not store payment methods for recurring billing. You will never be charged automatically.
